Why This Matters
Four empires, Assyria, Babylon, Persia, and Rome, made decisions for their own reasons across seven centuries. A Persian king issued a decree in a Jubilee year. A Roman governor ordered a crucifixion in the exact middle of Daniel’s final week. The moon set Passover on a Friday. And a Roman army destroyed the Temple after the Messiah, in the order Daniel foretold centuries in advance, on a calendar begun more than fourteen centuries before the cross. None of them were following Scripture’s prophecies, and no human group could have arranged it. Could it have been planned?
